Britesticks Medical provides professional training in Phlebotomy and Medical Assisting, equipping participants with the necessary skills for success in healthcare settings. 2. Program Schedule • Phlebotomy Program: A three-week accelerated course held Monday through Thursday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. • Medical Assistant Program: An eight-week training program held Monday through Thursday. 3. Terms & Conditions 1. Accuracy of Information • All information provided by the Participant must be accurate and truthful. Any discrepancies may result in dismissal from the program without a refund. 2. Payment Policy • All payments are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, dismissal, or failure to complete the program. • Tuition and fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless a written payment plan has been approved. 3. Attendance & Conduct • A minimum 90% attendance is required for successful program completion. • Participants must conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any misconduct, including dishonesty, disruption, or violations of program policies, may result in immediate dismissal without refund. 4. Certification & Completion • Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion. • Any required certification exams must be scheduled and paid for separately by the Participant. 5. Liability & Acknowledgment • The Participant understands that Britesticks Medical provides educational training only and does not guarantee job placement. • The Participant assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with training activities, including hands-on practice, and releases Britesticks Medical from any liability related to injuries or accidents.
